Repairs:
We provide repairs for our PENS/STAPLERS/STAPLER REMOVERS. Items are eligible for repair up to 3 years from date of purchase.

Backorders:
If an item is on backorder, customers will be notified and they have the option of waiting for the backorders to be ready.  Your credit card will not be charged until we ship.
